The Senior Asset Management Analyst is responsible for maximizing the operational, technical and commercial performance of the company's renewable energy assets throughout their lifecycle.

The role focuses on ensuring assets operate safely, efficiently and profitably by combining performance monitoring, data analysis, stakeholder coordination and continuous improvement initiatives. Working closely with Operations, Engineering, Finance and external partners, the position supports strategic decision-making to enhance asset value while ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.

Knowledge of project finance structures is considered an advantage to understand financing requirements and support interactions with lenders, but it is not the primary focus of the role.

1. Asset Performance Management

  • Monitor the operational and technical performance of renewable assets.

  • Track key performance indicators including availability, production, efficiency and losses.

  • Identify operational risks and performance deviations.

  • Drive initiatives to maximize asset availability and energy yield.

  • Support lifecycle strategies to optimize long-term asset value.

  1. Asset Value Optimization

  • Analyse operational and financial performance to identify improvement opportunities.

  • Collaborate with O&M teams to implement optimization measures.

  • Evaluate technical upgrades, repowering opportunities and operational enhancements.

  • Support business cases for investments aimed at increasing asset performance and profitability.

  1. Comercial & Contract Management

  • Monitor compliance with key project agreements including:

    • PPAs

    • O&M Contracts

    • TSA

    • Land leases

    • Grid connection agreements

  • Ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled.

  • Coordinate contract performance reviews with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Identify contractual risks and support mitigation actions.

  1. Financial Performing Support

  • Monitor asset budgets, operating costs and cash generation.

  • Support annual budgeting and forecasting processes.

  • Analyse variances between budget and actual performance.

  • Contribute to profitability analysis and business planning.

  • Ensure operational decisions are aligned with financial objectives.

  1. Reporting

  • Prepare regular operational and management reports.

  • Develop dashboards combining technical, operational and financial KPIs.

  • Provide data-driven recommendations to improve asset performance.

  • Present asset performance insights to senior management and investors.

  1. Stakeholders Management

  • Act as a coordination point between Operations, Engineering, Finance and Legal teams.

  • Maintain relationships with external asset owners, investors and service providers.

  • Support communication with lenders where operational reporting is required.

  • Facilitate effective decision-making across internal and external stakeholders.

El perfil que buscamos

Key Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Business, Economics or related discipline.

5+ years of experience in Asset Management within the renewable energy sector.

Strong understanding of solar and/or wind asset operations.

Experience analysing technical and operational performance.

Knowledge of commercial agreements and renewable energy contracts.

Familiarity with project finance structures is considered an advantage.
