Drafts and negotiates land, easement, EPC, supply, service and purchase agreements.
Supports M&A and structured finance across all project stages, including conditions precedent.
Manages corporate housekeeping of project companies and trusts.
Coordinates external counsel and manages contract repository and compliance.
4–8 years post-qualification, energy or infrastructure practice (law firm or in-house).
Experience with project finance and/or M&A documentation.
Mexican law degree; postgraduate or LLM valued.
Spanish native; fluent English (documentation in English).
