Defines multi-package procurement strategy and manages competitive tender processes.
Leads technical and commercial negotiation of equipment supply agreements (turbines, modules, inverters, transformers, BESS).
Negotiates EPC / BOP contracts and long-term service agreements back-to-back with offtake and financing obligations.
Manages supplier qualification, logistics and contract administration.
8+ years in procurement or contract management for energy capital projects.
Direct experience negotiating with international OEMs and EPC contractors.
Engineering or Supply Chain degree.
Spanish native; fluent English.
