Lead contractual negotiations with clients in coordination with Legal and Sales teams.
Manage the internal contract review process, including interdepartmental coordination.
Identify, assess, and mitigate contractual and commercial risks.
Ensure alignment between technical, commercial, and legal requirements.
Support project execution by managing contractual aspects, including variations, claims, delays, and related matters.
Ensure traceability and documentation of contractual changes.
Degree in Engineering, such as Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a similar field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, such as contract management or project management with a contractual component.
Experience in international projects.
Knowledge of contracts in industrial or EPC environments.
Ability to translate technical and commercial requirements into contractual solutions.
