Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Business Development:

  • Design and implement a regional action plan for 2025, focusing on strategic growth and market expansion.

  • Lead commercial planning initiatives and team structuring in each region.

2. Opportunity Identification & Client Management:

  • Identify business opportunities and generate leads in the photovoltaic energy, battery, and hydrogen project sectors.

  • Manage key accounts and ensure comprehensive client support, including commercial and technical aspects.

3. Collaboration with Internal Teams:

  • Coordinate with internal teams, including the headquarters in China, to resolve ongoing projects.

  • Oversee and provide support to proposal engineering, administrative, and commercial documentation teams.

4. Team Structure:

  • Sales Manager: Responsible for lead generation and market prospecting.

  • Key Account Manager: Detailed account management and technical support.

  • Proposal Engineer: Technical project development.

  • Administrative Support: Documentation and operational process assistance.

El perfil que buscamos

  • Experience: 8-10 years in the renewable energy sector, preferably in major companies such as Total, EDF, Enel, Iberdrola, Acciona, or Cepsa, with a demonstrated transition to smaller companies or motivation to contribute to the growth of Our Client.

  • Expertise: Advanced knowledge of photovoltaic energy and familiarity with sector-specific terminology.

  • Skills: Experience in strategic sales and strong commercial abilities.

  • Languages:

    • France: Proficiency in English and French.

    • France: Fully remote.
