Responsibilities:
Organizing the office management on a daily business and assisting the Country Manager and team members administrative support.
Storing and handling paperwork documents and computer-based information.
Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations.
Sorting and distributing communications in timely manner.
Maintaining calendars and make appointments.
Taking minutes of the meetings.
Handling phone calls, enquiries and requests according to the functional affiliation.
Ordering office supplies and equipment.
Arranging travel and accommodation as well as handling travel expenses.
Performing front office duties when needed.
Processing, preparing and recording invoices and vendor bills.
Track, record and maintain expenditure records with details.
Assisting the bookkeeper by collecting and preparing the bills and receipts.
Qualifications:
3+ years professional experience on similar jobs, ideally in an international surrounding.
Good communication skills.
Service and team-oriented personality with an independent and flexible way of working.
Profound knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English language are required.
