MISSION
Location : Paris, Lyon, Rennes or hybrid
Project management
• Design and staff the construction projects team (project manager, site manager, quantity surveyor, consultant, etc…)
• Enforce the HSE requirements based on the applicable regulation and the company policy
• Structure the project with all internal stakeholders up to the RTB stage
• Identify the key challenges and define the priorities accordingly
• Drive the execution of the project within the approved time schedule and design
• Manage, control and optimize the costs of the projects
• Draft the RFP(s) and steer tender processes
• Lead the contractual negotiation with legal and management team
• Coordinate and manage key suppliers and contractors
• Adopt best quality practices for the construction follow-up and works acceptance
• Ensure a proper handover with development and O&M team
Methodology
• Close contact with all the project stakeholders
• Identification and understanding of applicable regulations (grid code, labour code, …)
• Knowledge of all Employer and Contractor’s obligations erecting a PV project
• Suggest and adapt the construction strategy depending on the project’s challenges
• Communicate internally on return of experience and good practices
• Control the project administrative, technical compliance and documentation
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s / Engineering degree in electrical engineering
• At least 10 years of successful professional experience as Construction Project Manager (a Site Manager background is a plus)
• Experience in contract and risk management
• Valuable knowledge on Ms Project and Autocad
• Language : Native French and professional English
