Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales role, preferably within the renewable energy or technology sectors.
Strong understanding of the PV industry and related technologies.
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and manage customer relationships.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
